SCHOOL OF MUSIC--- NOT A PRIORITY?
SCHOOL OF MUSIC:: NOT A PRIORITY?
A few weeks ago, I made a post that I would be going Live here on Facebook to teach artistes how to create hit songs and one gospel artiste commented on my post that creating hit songs is not a priority for gospel artistes. Of course I know his kind and I handled him well.. lol
The pictures on this post are pictures of EBEN and JOE PRAISE ministering at the AKWA IBOM state Xmas Carol. I choose to just share the pix because if you saw the videos of their ministration, some of will go into depression.. lol.. what's the point of this post?
I believe from the pictures you can understand how effective and gracious their ministrations were. This was only possible because there songs were popular. When you have hit songs and your songs are popular, it makes your ministration even more effective and glorious. You can chose to argue it, but it won't change this truth. You can't be going around shouting that creating hit songs is not a priority. Who's doing you?
Some of you consumed so much religious ideologies and quotes that's now affecting your mind. You now interpret everything to be carnal... I pity you sha.. You tell an artiste to promote his songs and he will tell you that it is God that promotes after all Nathaniel Bassey said he didn't promote his songs yet he blown. Again I pity you. Do you have the same Influence, platform and opportunities Nathaniel Bassey had before he blown? He worship at the City of David parish of RCCG. I hope you know what that meant.
Before you start swallowing every nonsense quote and ideology on social media, ask yourself where am I coming from? Who am I? What's the weight of my vision?
One of my minister friend said on stage that he's not amongst those artiste that come to sing popular songs on stage but then all through his ministration, he sang those old igbo and Yoruba songs that moves people, none was his song. Somebody wrote those songs too. They didn't fall from heaven.
Stop this hypocrisy and consciously desire hit songs. Get knowledge and Intentionally create hits.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with a gospel artiste desiring fame and popularity. I explained this in my previous posts. Nothing you desire in itself is wrong unless the purpose is not for kingdom Influence and adding value to the kingdom.
In this same event, PITA ministered and the audience reception was very poor compared to EBEN, JOEPRAIZ and NATHANIEL Bassey. The difference is just that the audience knows the songs of these guys and not many know PITA's song there. PITA'S performance was top-notch though but the audience couldn't quite connect.
As a Gospel artiste, you must be hungry to create a hit in 2020. If you don't know what to do, I am available to teach you. Don't let anybody use yeye religious quote to keep you in obscurity..
