SCHOOL OF MUSIC ::: AUDIENCE REACTION vs RESPONSE.

I happen to get a lot of new songs sent to me for reviews by virtue of the fact that I am a music coach and a media personality, oftentimes, these artists seek my professional opinion on which song to promote. As you already know, I am a preacher of quality music promotion, and so I would always ask them this very important question which I am also asking you now.

When people hear your song, do they just REACT to it or do they RESPOND to it? Do they just say "oh nice song", " nice voice", "nice production" or do they ask you "how can I get this song"? Do they beg you to send them the song, do they love the song so much so that they are willing to pay to get the song? Do they own  the song after listening to it?

These are very important factors you need to pay attention to before putting money into promoting a song that won't add any value to you. If people who hear your songs only react to it, then there's a problem. It means the song has no influence an the possibility of the song blowing is "dead" rare. 

Your audience must respond to your songs after hearing it by owning it, or desiring to have enough to want to pay for it. If everyone who hear your song don't feel this way, why do you think they will want to go and buy your song on AMAZON or ITUNES? it won't work. There are songs that people download for free and still get angry for downloading to the extent they delete it from their phones. Yours may not be that bad that people will want to delete but if people are not willing to pay happily for it, then it has no command of influence.

People don't have problems paying for what they consider valuable. Infact many times i have organized paid classes, people who pay to attend my classes come back to bless me, they thank me with gifts and pray for me for a class they already paid money for ooo. But the depth of value they got made them feel like their money was not even enough exchange for such value.

I have always said that creating Hit songs is intentional. It is a product of knowledge. It doesn't just happen and if it does, the artiste might be known for only that one hit throughout their career and if you think hard you will remember some artistes with only one Hit and its been 10-15 years now and they couldn't drop any HIT again. It is sad and i don't want you to build your career/ministry with this mindset, leaving it to chance.

There's always a HOW to do everything, there are secrets behind every intentional results. All the artistes who are consistently producing Hit songs are not doing it by luck. They know what you don't know.

Yeah, i know you have been told that, it is only God that gives HIT songs but that's a LIE, you have been told that it is God that Blows people, this is another LIE. Everything you are and have today, you simply grew into the knowledge that produce such results. The results you will have tomorow and who you will become tomorow will be dependent on the knowledge you are acquiring today. What God does is to guide you into that knowledge by bringing you in contact with who can teach you and give you such knowledge for your next level. If you reject the knowledge, you will perish, not because God doesn't want you to Blow, but for the lack of knowledge. Free knowledge will only inform you but Paid knowledge brings TRANSFORMATION.

Pay for the knowledge that will transform your career and ministry totally for life. 

Hit songs are loved by everyone or almost everybody. Hit songs command influence and get instant response from your audience. If you are not getting such response, your song will most likely not fly. Stop deceiving yourself that your songs are meant for a particular audience. That's a big fat lie from the pit of failure. Songs are not meant for a particular audience, your message may be for a particular audience but not your songs. Music has a universal language, if it's good, it will be loved by everyone. Songs are not message, your music is the vehicle that you pass your message with. If the vehicle is bad, your message will never reach it's audience. If your song is bad, the message will never get to the people it was meant for.

Check out all Hit songs in different genres of music, you love them regardless of the genre right? That's the point i am trying to make you see.
