HOW MED-VIEW AIRLINE COST ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO MEET GOVERNOR NYESOM WIKE THE EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR OF RIVERS STATE

So i planned to dress my  usual yuppy superstar way from lagos to port harcourt. I had imagined how cute and celeb like i was gonna look in a nice jacket n jean rocking my new white addidas chuks to the airport, before my big brother informed me that we had an invitation from the Rivers state Government for the swearing in ceremony of the new Justices of Peace and Speaker of  Rivers state House of Assembly. The event was to hold by 2pm on the 30th of December 2016. I thought wow.... that is super cool.... i said to myself, finally i will be meeting with my esteemed Governor, shake hands with him and let him know that he 's got one superstar in lagos that he never knew until today. One of the Justices of Peace who sent us the invite happens to be one of the special advisers to the Governor and also close friend to my big brother. With this new development, i decided to change what i had planned to wear, so i reached down to get my brown turky blazers suit, rocked it on my nigerian thin stripes black jean and ofcourse my multicoloured designers trainers... as you can tell, this meeting meant alot to me ooo... before we even got to the airport , we got a call that a driver is waiting to pick us from the airport straight to the Rivers state Government house, i said wow.. this is getting interesting... we got to the airport, Med-view airlines oya they are waiting for us abeg wey your pilot? I said in my heart smiling softly...lol... "pride of life"...... I took a few minutes to pose for some shots at the airport while waiting to be checked in... My flight was 11:30 so we had calculated that anyhow we will get there on time.. usually we avoid med-view airline cos their wahala erhn...hmmmm.....  we definitely prefer Air-peace but Air-peace was flying 3pm lagos to PH so we thought nah.. this wont work... this government house appointment erhn cant miss it for anything oo. Back to my gist, when it was time, medview announced that the flight is delayed for 50 minutes. I said haaa... which kind joke be this? I tried to keep my cool.. then few minutes later they now announced that the flight has been moved to 3pm...  I said whaaaaat??? This is a joke... this cant be.. Haba.... today that am meeting Governor wike? Haaa... i cant take this... if i wanted to go by 3pm, Air-peace would have been my flight.... which kind whinch be dis na, i thought to myself. While i was still thinking, the driver already waiting at Port Harcourt airport to pick us up called cos by his calculations we should have landed by that time...
Well fast forward to 3pm
Med-view finally announced that they are ready to fly us to ph oooo... lo and behold they now combine oweri and ph passengers together. We were told that ph will be the first destination but all of a sudden they announced that we are landing at oweri airport.. i said seriously? As i thought i remembered they have done this before... my anger increased.. they kept us at oweri for another 20minutes loading oweri to lagos in the same plane... and then some guys who supposedly came in from new york started speaking that Nigga language... it was heartbreaking.... well, we finally landed in port harcourt by this time the ceremony was over.. we were taken straight to the house of the speaker of rivers state house of assembly where the celebration was happening... but i was sad cos i missed the Governor... at this point am thinking... should i sue this med-view airline or what?.. so angry... but then i had nice time flexing and enjoy government money jare... ph is fun and a lot is happening here.. hope i will still meet my governor before coming back to lagos.... as you can tell, i wont be using med-view airline back to lagos nah... i even forgot to gist you how the plane started making one yeye sound and shaking the air... hmmmm i fear ooo but after a while i looked down and saw buildings i knew we are abt to land .... thank God for safe flight anyways...
Happy new year in advance
